What happens when two of London's biggest swim clubs come together for an event called The Big Chilly Dip?

Who knows honestly, but if you'd like to be a part of it get yourself down to the Parliament Hill Fields Lido this Saturday (8 November) for an 11am kick off. No booking required, just rock up on the day and pay entry at the door.

I met Liv (the mastermind behind @chilly.dippers) essentially through bigging each others' swim clubs up via social media. Proper good vibes from the start — and after I came along to one of her chilly dips at the Lido I knew we needed to collab.

Pls do get involved if you are free, I think its going to be generational.

Swim Club Winter is Getting Kinda Hot??

It really feels like there is something brewing with this swim club thing in London at the moment.

I've been delighted (but frankly not surprised) by the sheer number of people who have already got involved with our COLD HARD FUN winter swimming campaign. I've been handing out COLD HARD FUN stamp cards like they're going out of fashion — 100+ and counting — so many in fact that I've already had to order a whole bunch more.

The campaign is pretty simple. 4 winter social swims = 4 stamps on your stamp card = 1 goodie bag at the end of the season. The goodie bags are a work in progress but trust me, I'm cooking.

If you wanna get involved, just come along for one of our social swims — we run everything through our swim club group chat which you can join by dropping me a DM on Insta or TikTok (or via our website here).

THE BIG CHILLY DIP w/ @chilly.dippers. Saturday, 8 November @ Parliament Hill Fields Lido starting from 11am. No bookings required, entry is paid on the door at the Lido.

SWIM + MINI HIKE + PUB w/ @waypoint_crew. Saturday, 15 November starting @ the West Reservoir at 10:45am. This one's a free ticketed event which we have SOLD OUT, but there is a waitlist you can join here.

SOCIAL SWIM. Our next regular social swim is on Sunday, 23 November @ the West Reservoir, starting at 10:30am. As always everything will be coordinated through our swim club group chat, so just give me a shout if you wanna join.

(P.S. if you've made it this far I feel obliged to tell you there is a rebrand in the works. For some time now I've wanted to refocus everything around our social swim club & this culture of social swimming we are building here in London, and it feels like that could pop out relatively soon.)
