Simply unclip, lay on the ground, step on and voila — you have a dry sanctuary to get changed on. Designed to clip onto your swim bag for easy access and on-the-go hang drying.

Product Deets

Material: 380gsm waffle towelling. 80% recycled polyester (rPET), 20% nylon.

Size: 40 x 40cm.

Care: Cold machine wash, hang dry (no tumble dryer).

Carabiners: Comes with two Swim Peeps black carabiner clips (5cm standard-size, 7cm larger-size).

Tips & Tricks

To remove any dirt & grit after use, just give the Dry Step a quick shake before clipping to your swim bag to hang dry.

It's got two ringed eyelets in opposite corners, allowing you to clip it in different configurations. Two corners = sports mode, one corner = dry mode.

There's also an up-side (for you to stand on) and a down-side (to face the ground). No prizes for guessing which is which.

How Easy Is It To Clean?

Because the Dry Step is made from a quick-drying, dirt-repellent waffle fabric — and can be hung dry from your swim bag — it typically does not require washing.

If you do give it a wash, machine wash on a cold setting and hang to air-dry. Avoid using fabric softeners or tumble dryers, as these can coat the waffle filaments and reduce the towel's natural absorbency.

Can I Use It For Anything Else?

Absolutely. It works great as a towel to sit on in the sauna or the gym, or while socialising after a swim. You can also use it to wrap up your wet swimming costume so there are no leaks in your swim bag. We've even found it's the perfect size to roll up a bottle of wine in, kind of like a wine cosy.

Clip it to your belt loop or your bag, or fold it, or roll it — get creative, it's designed to be versatile.
